Overview

Starluna Seller is a digital coin recharge platform that enables users to purchase Poppo coins through mobile payments via MPESA. No account signup is required. Only a mobile number is needed to initiate payment.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Starluna Seller, you agree to be bound by these terms and privacy policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Eligibility

To use Starluna Seller you must:

• Be a resident of Kenya or have access to MPESA services.
• Be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have a valid Poppo account and Poppo ID.

Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities such as reverse engineering, abuse of the STK push process, submitting false transaction codes, or using automation to interfere with normal operations.

Payment & Recharge

All Poppo coin transactions are processed via MPESA. Once payment is confirmed, your Poppo account is credited with the selected coins. Refunds are not available once coins have been successfully delivered to your account.

Data Collection & Use

• What we collect: Mobile phone number, used temporarily to initiate payment via STK push.
• What we do not collect: No names, emails, passwords or location data are stored permanently.
• Use of data: Only for initiating MPESA payments and verifying transaction success or failure.
• Retention: Phone numbers are not stored long-term and are handled only for the purpose of completing your transaction.

Third-Party Services

We integrate Safaricom's Daraja API to handle MPESA payments. We are not responsible for how Safaricom handles your data. Please refer to Safaricom's privacy policy for full details.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However we cannot guarantee the security of data handled by MPESA or Safaricom's API infrastructure.

User Responsibilities

You must ensure the accuracy of the Poppo ID and phone number you provide. Incorrect details may result in failed transactions or coins delivered to the wrong account. Starluna Seller is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice. In case of downtime, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this document periodically. Continued use of Starluna Seller after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
